I haven't written for a LONG time! Ok, lets see whats been going on in my life... 1. Yesterday our family went to the fair. I had a great time with my cousin Meaghan! Meaghan and I went on three rides at the fair: The Paratrooper, The Twister, and the Himalayas. [ My favorite was probably the Paratrooper. Meaghan's was the Himalayas. ] After doing all the normal fair stuff [ going through the barns, the Exhibition Building, and the Garden Exhibition Building ] we decided to go home seeing as it was 92 degrees.[ Oh, congrats Liv for your blue, red, and white ribbons!!!!! ] 2. Upon bringing Meaghan home Josh had a amazing idea to go to Lake Michigan! My dad agreed, so when we went to Meaghan's house we asked if Meaghan wanted to come with us. She ended up coming, along with Randy who was at a friend's during fair time. We got subs, chips, fruit, corn, and soda and headed for the lake. Our dog Bella was her kennel in the back.When we finally got there Randy, Josh, Bella, and I hit the lake. It was perfect! Not to hot-not to cool. We stayed for four hours. It was great! :) On the ride home we stopped in Powers and got ice cream. Poor Meaghan got cheated cause she just got one flavor[ 2 scoops] when everyone else got three flavors [3 scoops]! A perfect ending to an almost perfect day!! :) So that was the Hayes' great Labor Day! Hope yours was just as good! Happy Back-To- School!
